Basis of compensation is as laid down in the Workmen's
Compensation Act 1952 and Regulations 1953 & Amendment 1981
(for WC claims). For FWCS claims, benefits claimable is as per Workmen
Compensation Act 1952 and Workmen's Compensation (Foreign Workers
Compensation Scheme) (Insurance) Order 1996.
